Hong Kong Arbitration Report 2020
Stephenson Harwood, in partnership with Conventus Law, has launched the ‘Hong Kong Arbitration Report 2020’. The report examines whether – in light of the China-US trade war, anti-government protests, and the introduction of the national security law – Hong Kong, a globally renowned dispute resolution centre, has lost some of its appeal as an arbitration centre for commercial disputes.
