On 22 November 2021, the Hong Kong Court of First Instance stayed a winding-up petition brought by China Europe International Business School (the "School") against Hong Kong-registered CEIBS Publishing Group (the "Publishing Company"), in which it has a 40% shareholding. 2021年11月22日，香港原讼法庭中止了中欧国际工商学院(“学院”)对在香港注册的其持有40%股权的CEIBS Publishing Group（“出版公司”）提出的清盘呈请。
